Stop guessing. Start measuring.

We find why your body keeps breaking down.

Not a gym. Not a physio clinic. A lab. We measure how you move, how you fuel and how your nervous system holds its patterns, then build the programme on your own data.

The fitness blindspot

Why results stall and injuries stack up

Most people start training or competing without ever accounting for the movement dysfunctions, imbalances and stability issues that everyone carries. The "no pain, no gain" mindset only makes it worse.

So they reach for massages and therapies to manage the symptoms. And even when an injury is rehabbed and the pain fades, the nervous system can stay in protective mode, creating a ripple of new problems over time.

You go around in circles with rehab and treatments, funds dwindling, caught between staying in pain or paying for the next fix that won't last. But the root cause is still there. Until someone finds it, nothing holds.

01

You leak strength and performance

Power and output quietly drain away through patterns you can't see or feel.

02

The same injuries keep returning

Chronic pain and niggles that never fully go, because the cause was never addressed.

03

You start to blame your age

Exercise, weight, being in your 40s. It's easier to blame those than to find what's really wrong.

The Precision Movement Recalibration System

We find the root cause, then build the plan around it.

Instead of treating the injury, we use research grade diagnostics to find the root causes behind your nagging injuries and performance leaks: the movement patterns, the residual neural patterns and the metabolic gaps that have been there the whole time.

Keystone 01 · Precision biomechanics

We quantify how you move

Many injury patterns arise from poor posture, lack of stability and asymmetry. Most analyses rely on 2D video and a practitioner's eye.

We use the DIERS 4D Motion Lab, a research grade tool, to scan your gait, stance, posture and weight distribution, quantifying asymmetries, instabilities and power leaks. Retesting measures progress in real numbers.

Keystone 02 · Nervous system repatterning

We reset the faulty signal

After an injury, trauma or repetitive stress, the nervous system can get stuck in a faulty protective pattern, reacting as if the threat is still there long after the damage has healed.

  • The same muscle keeps switching off or staying tight
  • The same joint or vertebra stays unstable
  • The same movement patterns keep breaking down

We find the specific sensory receptor stuck on the faulty signal and reset it, restoring healthy movement.

Keystone 03 · PNOE metabolic analysis

We measure how you fuel

Breathing mechanics destabilise the core and drive compensations more often than people think. For Hyrox, CrossFit or endurance, PNOE identifies:

  • Whether you are training and fuelling in the right zone
  • The recovery time you need between sessions
  • How to pace your training and your events
  • Your exact anaerobic threshold and heart rate zones
Keystone 04 · Functional assessment and coaching

We catch what others miss

When you are tired and pushing hard, your body cheats. It finds shortcuts, and if a movement was never quite right for your anatomy, those shortcuts show up faster, usually unnoticed until something hurts.

After a decade with bodies that have been through the wringer, we have a sharp eye for the small things that cause big problems: the way you brace, the way you sequence, the way fatigue changes how you move.

Who this is for

Built for people who train seriously and keep hitting the same wall

Runner mid-stride outdoors
Fit but falling apart

The capable professional

Active around a busy life, but nagging injuries threaten your progress and you wonder if this is just getting older. It isn't.

Athlete on a lat-pulldown machine
Endurance warrior

The distance runner

You have the engine, but niggles appear at longer distances. We find the invisible gait inefficiencies, and whether you are fuelling right.

Athlete performing a medicine-ball wall throw
Strength athlete

The lifter at a plateau

Stuck, or injuries keep showing up? It is likely mechanics, not strength. We scan alignment, movement and neural patterns to find the restriction.

The Hyrox athlete

Stop blowing up on the sleds. We map your exact metabolic zones and find the asymmetries that predispose you to injury under intensity.

Real clients, measured outcomes

"He was the first to show me I was loading my joints, not my muscles, the number one cause of my constant pain. He showed me I wasn't broken, the way I moved was."

Bad daysrare

"My neck is the best it has been for months. I'd tried shiatsu, acupuncture, deep tissue and a chiropractor, nothing worked. The improvement this time has been massive. As close to pain-free as I've been in months."

James Elston

"He fixed the root, not the symptom, eventually enabling me to compete at Hyrox World Champs level. We've since helped me to a sub 1:20 half and a sub 3 hour marathon, first time trying."

Dec Lan

"I came in with a bad knee, shoulder and hamstring. He completely deconstructed me and put me back together stronger and more confident than I could imagine."

Matt Dolman

"I discovered why my body compensates so often. It came down to weak glutes, which led to an injured shoulder, a bad knee, an unstable pelvis and poor posture. Highly recommend the biomechanics test."

Mario Areias

"The most impressive coach I've seen around gyms in 15 years. An inquisitive mind asking the right questions and proposing solutions that work. Very rare to find someone like this."

Sets in the City

"As a coach myself I'm particular about who I trust with movement quality. To this day I have not worked with anyone as detailed in their approach. The care and precision set him apart."

Frequently asked questions

Common questions

What happens on an assessment day? +

One visit, two to three hours. We scan you across movement, metabolism and the nervous system, plus body composition, and you leave with preliminary findings the same day.

Do I need to be injured to come? +

No. Plenty of clients come performing well and wanting to find the hidden leaks before they become injuries. The diagnostics are just as useful for prevention and performance as for pain.

Is the DIERS scan safe? +

Yes. The DIERS 4D Motion Lab is radiation free and backed by peer reviewed research. It captures spine movement, leg axis and foot pressure in real time.

How does coaching work? +

After completing comprehensive assessments to understand exactly what's holding you back, your training plan is designed specifically to your ability and delivered through a dedicated app with videos and custom guidelines. Sessions are then run live with your coach online to make sure you can implement it and progress each week — you're supported by your coach every step of the way.

Do I have to travel to Hackney? +

The assessment day happens in the Hackney lab. After that, coaching and programming can be delivered online, and we work with clients worldwide.
